Cushnie Construction Company, Inc. is a locally owned and operated business on Kauai where Laura and Ralph Cushnie combined have over 63 years of experience in heavy/civil construction. We specialize in site development, roadways, underground utilities (water, sewer, drain, fireline, conduit), mass grading, concrete flatwork/structures and emergency work for public and private entities. Our capabilities range from large complex projects to
smaller residential.

We pride ourselves in providing quality work, value, professionalism, and relationships with every constituent of a project. Our philosophy in providing a successful project is to know the project from top to bottom and as a result, we deliver completed projects on schedule, offer value engineering and efficiency, and have a minimal impact on the community.

Our heavy/civil equipment fleet includes semi and tandem trucks, as well as specialty equipment which enables us to mobilize quickly and efficiently.
